I would give this 3.5 stars cause to me it was just okay, nothing special, but my BF loved it! He ate pretty much the whole thing and I doubled the recipe. Not sure if I will make it again or not.

This recipe is absolutely delicious! I eat it with more of the baked doritos, dipping whole chips into the casserole and eating it that way. Very very satisfying and a unique idea in my opinion. I'm sure I will make this 2 times a month at least. THANKS!

My family loves this! Very quick & easy! Spicy, but we like spicy. We serve it over rice, YUM!

I made this recipe very low cal for a neighbor that had just had open heart surgery knowing he needed good tasty food for recovery after eating bland nasty hospital food. I also made one for my family at the same time. It was very tasty and easy. I would have done only one thing differently and that would be to add lightly crushed up nacho chips (such as scoops) and top with extra cheese just before tge casserole was ready to remove from oven. That way it could have had some crunch. I will certainly use this recipe again.

We had to change the recipe a little bit due to what we had in our pantry- we didn't add chilies or jalapeno peppers and totally forgot the milk. I added about another 1/2 cup of Doritos to the top of the mixture before baking and maybe 1/4 cup more shredded Mexican Blend cheese... it was delicious! Only thing I will do differently next time is make sure not to crush the Doritos as much. Everything underneath the "crust" that formed from the top layer was fairly soft- the Doritos were too small and didn't add much texture. Will definitely be making this again!!

Very Very Yummy...I added 1/2 pkg. of cream cheese to the recipe (I like creamy), used leftover rotisserie chicken and 1/2 cup salsa instead of the chilies & jalapeno peppers. Served it up with tortilla chips and loved it! Making this for game day soon!
