My Kid's Favorite Pork Chops Recipe Reviews - Allrecipes.com (Pg. 10)

This recipe actually is MY kid's favorite pork chops. This is a simple, yummy recipe that I have now made many times, each time my whole family loves it. I use whatever beer I have on hand and Sweet Baby Ray's B-B-Que sauce.

I made this for my son and I last night and we both absolutely loved the tenderness of the pork chops. He's not a big fan of pork chops as they always seem a bit dry...not last night. They are very flavorful and the sauce is great over buttered rice!

very tender, could cut with a fork. A little spicy for young kids. We used heineken draught beer from a "heine-keg." I will definitely make this again but use less steak seasoning to make it less spicy.

Jjst perfect for the two of us. I chose to use a little less BBQ sauce since we are both beer flavor fans. Worked great on a busy work night and flavor was excellent. I chose to mix in BBQ sauce and beer in amedium sized bowl, then added the salt and pepper. Threw the chops in the bowl for about ten minutes or so then added the entire contents of the bowl to the skillet turned out fantastic! Served it along fresh steamed broccoli and potatoes.

VERY GOOD! My whole family ate it up. No left overs darn! I think next time I will try a different BBQ sauce. I used a sweet one which was fine, but we all agreed it would be even better with one that was not so sweet.
