I was looking for dinner solutions and came upon this recipe. I thought it was delicious and very quick. The beer gave it a delicious flavor. The gravy was exceptional. Thanks for a terrific recipe.

i used a little bit over a half a bottle of Bud Light, and half a bottle of Bull's Eye Hickory Smoke BBQ sauce. I didn't like the smell of it when it was cooking, but after 2 hours of simmering, the food was very good. i was surprised at how tender they came out

totally easy and delicious. i used a tecate beer, boneless chops seasoned to my taste, sweet baby rays honey bbq sauce, added some a-1, worcestershire, and brown sugar. i also cooked uncovered for the last 20 minutes to thicken the sauce. these chops were tender and flavorful.

I made this for my family last night and I have 2 teenagers that dont care for pork chops. They absolutely loved these and they were shocked they liked it. Came out so tender. Thanks for the recipe, I will definitely be using this again.

This was a very easy and delicious recipe. I did as others suggested and used chops with the bone. The chops I used were very thick; I wished I would have allowed 3 hrs. to simmer them. They were still cooked thru but longer would have helped make them more tender. Definitely a keeper!

I want to like this....but just can't. I tried it twice -- once on the stovetop and once in the oven. The oven was better, but I guess just not for us. Glad I tried it.....

I loved the sauce, but my pork chops didn't turn out very tender. The sauce tasted really good (especially with rice), but I wish I could have made it a bit thicker.

A great recipe that is SOOOOOO quick to prepare. It seriously took me five minutes to get everything ready to cook. If you need an easy meal as far as preparation and have the time to keep it on the stovetop for two hours, this is it! We will be making this again. The pork was so tender and I knew from the minute I put everything in the pan that the sauce would be yummy. It smells wonderful!

This needs more than 5 stars! I made this in the crock pot and it was absolutely delicious and so simple! I used Killians and KC style BBQ and cooked it on low for 6 hours. It was fork tender. I was sad that I only had 4 pork chops in the house because my son, husband and I wanted more. I will definitely make this again, soon, and I will use more than 4 chops. I used boneless by the way, and they turned out great. I will also try this with other meats like someone suggested- chicken is next on the list. Thank you for a terrific recipe I can share with family and friends!
