This recipe sounded good and quick, I sampled as it simmered and was not caring for the taste. I got my walking garbage cans to taste it and they rated it meh, so-so. I added 3/4c sun dried tomato salad dressing and got a thumbs up. Pork was very tender and I served over rice. I will make again with the dressing addition.

Very good and easy. Used montreal steak seasoning on the chops then added apple cider vinegar and A1 to the BBQ sauce. Excellent.

This was wonderful. I used a can of Coors Lite and bottle of sweet and spicy bbq sauce we got from Zest Fest in Fort Worth this year. I forgot the onions but it probably didn't need them. I used bone in pork chops and cooked for one hour and they were very moist. These were better them putting them on the grill.

So easy and delicious! I used a honey wheat beer and the dregs of two bottles of bbq sauce I had in the fridge. Both of my 4-year-olds asked for seconds!

This got a "WOW honey, that's good!" from hubby. I followed exactly except baked in oven instead of in the pan on stovetop, didn't have a pan big enough. Great flavor & fall off the bone moist!

Pretty good recipe! I didn't have steak seasoning, so I used salt, pepper, and garlic powder. I also added about 1 tbsp of steak sauce to the sauce. I used thick cut boneless pork chops and they did not get dry. Took about 1 1/2 hours to cook. The sauce tasted great on top of the chops!

Fantastic recipe I got all 10' from everyone in my home! The only thing I did different was used salt, pepper, and garlic powder instead of steak seasoning. And I had to transfer the chops to a broiler pan once browned and cooked covered on 350 in the oven for about an hour. I made too many to fit them all back in the pan once they were browned :)

Awesome recipe. My boyfriend actually found this and cooked dinner for me, obviously a very simple recipe. Great flavor... only one suggestion, definitely use pork chops with the bone in. They come out so much more tender than the boneless pork chops. Love this recipe, thanks!

Fantastic flavor!!! I used 2 very thick pork chops with bone-in, Montreal Steak seasoning, KC's Honey bbq sauce and Shiner lite beer. Nice and spicy. Super easy! I only used one onion and that was enough for us. I made mini sandwiches using the Hawaiin Bread, nice combo of spicy sauce and sweet bread. I will make again!

This is a winner! Easy, inexpensive, and YUUUUUMMY!! I accidentally bought bone-in pork chops, and they worked just fine. I used Jack Daniels BBQ sauce and an imported beer (something like "Spaten"??) my husband likes. My husband HATES pork chops, and made sure that I noticed that he was picking every piece of meat off of the bone because, "Heather - they're THAT good. This recipe is a KEEPER in our relationship." HA! Mine only had to simmer for about 45 minutes, but I also was only cooking 2 chops, and they were fairly thin. I'm eager to try this recipe again when we have company - SO EASY - just brown the chops, dump in the liquids and seasoning, then let it simmer! GREAT with wild rice, veggies, and rolls!

AWESOME!! I recently got married and this was the first meal I made for my husband. So easy! He absolutely loves it and it's one of his favorites! I used garlic salt instead of steak seasoning and every time I make it, I try a different beer. So far, bud light's my favorite. The sauce is really good on mashed potatoes.

This recipe is AMAZING! Even my kids liked it. My husband couldn't get enough of it. I used Becks beer and Sweet Baby Rays Honey BBQ sauce and it turned out fantastic. This recipe is a keeper.

I halved the recipe because there are only two of us. All I can say is less beer and more BBQ sauce. I still gave it a rating of 4 because it was tender, and the blended flavors tasted pretty darned good. Just needed more BBQ sauce.

Good...good but not amazing. It did turn out tender. Stuck to the recipe, used Red Stripe beer. Get the thick bone in pork chops so they don't dry out. Great with mashed potatoes

This is a really great way to prepare chops. The only thing i changed was i cut out the onion as they upset my hubby's stomach and just used onion salt instead.

This was very tender but the flavor was just okay. The flavor is very dependent on which steak seasoning, beer, and bbq sauce you use. My combo was just okay. Will try again with different seasoning because we loved the ease of the technique and the tender result.
