I used one full egg and two egg whites, 2% milk, and about a 1/4 c. of shredded 2% sharp cheddar cheese. I garnished my omelette with a little salsa and Frank's Hot Sauce. I liked the crunch of the vegetables against the fluffy eggs. Next time, I'll add fresh garlic.

I thought 3 eggs for one serving was too many eggs! I only used 1 egg w/half n half and small amount of water. No pimentos or celery instead added small chopped tomatoes and chopped green pepper. I don't use processed cheese slices but added fresh shredded cheddar. Since only using 1 egg this made for a more delicate omelet and would not fold over so it's best to slide onto plate.
