This was perfect! It was so easy to make too! I used butter instead of margarine because that is what I had on hand, and it worked just fine. My toddler and husband won't stop eating it! Truly delicious :)

This was fabulous! It works very well to use a roasting pan for baking. I made it just as the recipes indicated. I may try white sugar and molasses like others suggested just to see what it taste like, but the making it as the recipe states is wonderful!

I am giving this a 5 star rating even tho I should have used different popcorn. Taste is outstanding...I set temp at 250....next batch I will definitely lower the heat. I used pecans and it is yummy. I used orville plain micro popcorn...way way too many husks...so will by regular popcorn and do it on the stove, and I know that will be much better. The micro corn tends to break up in bitty pieces...sooo I will have happy birds and squirrels tomorrow morning! A+ rating for taste and ease! I used 2 roasters, finally transferred all to one and stirred for frequently! Awesome snack and gift...thank you!

LOVE this!!! Made my own popcorn on the stovetop. Reduced the recipe to 10 servings. Baked in an aluminum pan coated with cooking spray, used a rubber spatula to stir. Much easier than I thought it was going to be. Came out perfectly, but might add the peanuts next time. Yum!

ok, this was easy and tasty! I did use a roaster to bake in the oven (which help with the stirring as well) and also 4 cups of popcorn = 1 quart. Not as much popping as one might think. Only 2 pans for me to pop.

I made this caramel corn for the first time a few weeks ago and it was FABULOUS!! It disappeared quickly and was so easy to make. I followed the recipe as written except that I substituted butter for the margarine. I used my large turkey roasting pan and cooked it for the whole hour. YUUUUUUUUUUUUMMMMM

Found this recipe recently and have made it twice in less than a week's time for just the two of us - I could eat this all day without getting sick of it. I have not made caramel corn in years and enjoy making it now - I used regular popcorn instead of microwave, the kernals are very crispy once they have been baked with the caramel, not sure if I would even try microwave popcorn. When popping the corn on the stove I used 1 1/2 c of unpopped corn, popping 1/2 c at a time. Popcorn did not burn especially if the bottom of the pan was covered with oil. Planning on using this recipe for my Christmas gifts for my co-workers this year. My husband even enjoys helping make this little treat (he's the popcorn popper and caramel coater).

I just made this caramel corn and it is WONDERFUL!!! I was about an 1/8 of a cup short of the kayro, so I use maple syrup. Then after it came out of the oven and cooled I drizzled it with a little melted chocolate!!!!! This won't last long!!!!!!

My mom couldn't remember the recipe for the caramel corn she usually makes other than it calls for white sugar and not brown. So we tried this one, and OMG this is going to be MY recipe. I loved this recipe, in fact I liked it better than my mothers. Everyone thought it tasted like cracker jacks. I cant wait to make this again. Yummy!

Very, very good stuff! Having made this several times before, I thought I'd hurry the oven time along by using a higher temperature and ruined it. Just follow the instructions.

This is the best caramel corn. Everyone I have ever made it for has LOVED it. I followed the recipe exactly as written. The first time I halved it, b/c I thought 7 quarts was a lot. Everytime since though, I have made the full amount. It's just so good. We HAVE to share.
