Very delicious. I suggest adding more lemongrass because I was looking for that flavor and it was very subtle. This goes great with a side of jasmine rice.

Way too much work for what is the result. There are better recipes for mussels and clams. Not worth the effort.

This was great!! The mussels and clams cooked just right and the liquid that it sat in was incredible. Soaks up and tastes wonderful with bread. The lemon grass and cilantro gave it a wonderful aroma.

We loved it. Very Good. Just be sure to chop everything ahead of time. It gets a little confusing as to what you are to add and for how long you cook it near the end.
