I needed an extra side dish for my girlfriend and made this (I don't really care for mushrooms). It was really easy and fast to make -no effort on my part- and she LOVED it!

These were wonderful! You'd never know there was soy sauce in them. I added some sliced onions to the mushrooms while cooking and used 3 tsp. of soy sauce. I used to make it the same way only used Worcestershire & soy sauce combined. They're much better with just the soy sauce. I'll be making them this way from now on. Thanks.

OMG, I saw this and I have been making this for years. I love my mushrooms and I sure wish I could buy LaChoy soy sauce by the gallon!! I was given a gallon can of KiKoman soy sauce one Christmas as a joke. Tried it, ended up giving it away. Must be LaChoy!

We love shrooms ! I live in Mexico and sometimes the market has them really cheap and I buy a lot. Stuffed, glazed with stock ( beef or poultry) , pickled and now with soy sauce. my wife will love these.
