These mushrooms are AWESOME! I have made them for two different family events and everyone loved them. I have requests to bring them to the next family gathering too! I even had a lady who doesn't care for mushrooms try them because they looked so good...and she liked them! I followed the recipe exactly and used reduced sodium soy sauce. Would highly recommend to any mushroom lover!

I've been looking for the ultimate mushroom recipe to duplicate something I tasted at a restaurant. This is it! I did add more soy sauce, as others suggested, but found it a little too salty. It could be the brand or just my palate, but next time, I'm going to stick with the numbers...except, I sprayed on more butter to keep from burning. I was using an electric stove.

This truly is a great recipe, both because it's so incredibly easy, and it's delicious! I made some asparagus the same way and those also were great. Love the carmelized soy sauce effect!

I added more soy sauce after tasting these, but they were still excellent. Maybe start with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce instead?

These are just plain THE BEST. I could make a whole meal out of just these mushrooms. But I did serve them over Honey Lime Pork chops from this site. They made the meal.

Ive been making shrooms just like this for years. When I want a bit of a change, I add some heavy cream and fresh thyme to this recipe, reduce and drool. So good on anything!

LOL I didn't know there was a 'recipe' for this. I've been making my mushrooms like this for 30 years. Can't get a better topping for steak or even a good old fried hamburger. Its a hit every time.

Fantabulicious.......wowzer - these are so good I had to make up a new word. My favorite new recipe of the day! So simple and so tasty. I used low sodium soy and baby bellas. These shrooms rocked my world and all who ate them felt the earth move too!!!
