BLUF: Pretty darn good. I doubled the recipe and added a small chopped onion. However, since I almost always like more topping, I made four times the topping! A good way to use leftover turkey, and a good way to get veggies into your kid(s).

Very easy and fast, but a wee bit bland. Will try adding poultry seasoning & more pepper next time - maybe a dash of hot sauce?

a good starter recipe. I added onions and garlic powder and used cream of celery with chicken bullion instead of cream of chicken and celery.

I doubled the recipe, baking it in a large galss casserole dish. For topping I used a blend of leftover stuffing and the cubed bread called for. So many turkey casseroles are bland, boring, and similar. However, this one, with it's mushrooms and carrots, was just different enough to make me want it again.

Great recipe. I used stuffing on top instead of bread crumbs. My husbnd doesn't like celery so I substituted green peppers and it turned out fabulous!

This was awesome!! easy to make and very flavorful. I added onion, but noticed that you could add almost any veggie to it and it would be good...peas, corn, broccoli etc. My husband and I also think it would be very good in a crust will try that next time

Great all-purpose recipe. I had to make a few changes based on what I had available and it still came out great. For beginners, this is a great starter recipe to use as a base as you become more creative. Everything in the recipe can be substituted with what you have on hand. The fresh bread-crumb topping is delicious and easy. Tear what ever bread you may have (or rolls) and mix with the butter according to the recipe.
