I added garlic per other reviewers and thought it was a little heavy as written. But I would give it 5 stars with some more veggies added to "cut" all the cream--spinach, red bell pepper, or even asparagus would be good!

My family loved this pasta! I added some garlic with the onion, and then added some cooked peas at the end. My husband said it was great to take to work for a cold lunch. I've used it as a main dish and as a side dish. So glad I found it!

Very good base recipe. I did not have any mushrooms so I added peas that I steamed for a few minutes in the microwave. Also followed the advice of others and added garlic to the onion saute step and used Fox Point. Not sure if this was my favorite spice to add but it gave it some depth. I also used high fiber rigatoni noodles - might as well get some benefits from all that cream!

This Pasta turned out amazing! In addition to the ingredients listed in this recipe, I mixed in a little bit of fresh chopped spinach, and about 1/2 tsp lemon zest into the pasta at the end. My family said this was the best dish I have ever made!

This was a hit tonight at the table. We loved the flavors together and the ease of prep for a quick dinner. I did add some minced garlic and it gave it just the right amount of flavor. We will be making this on a regular basis when dinner needs to be on the table fast. Thanks!

Really enjoyed this. Added a bit more cream to it, I would use a bit less prosciutto though, it was a bit much for me. I will definitely make this again. I've been looking for a recipe like this.

Simple and quick, i didn't have any parsley in the fridge so i just threw a handful of spices from my cupboard into the pot and it was "ABCDelicous"!!!!
