Really enjoyed this. Added a bit more cream to it, I would use a bit less prosciutto though, it was a bit much for me. I will definitely make this again. I've been looking for a recipe like this.

Simple and quick, i didn't have any parsley in the fridge so i just threw a handful of spices from my cupboard into the pot and it was "ABCDelicous"!!!!

I didn't use the parsley either, but my whole family loved this dish. Even my picky 10 year old step daughter actually ate this! I added garlic salt and pepper to add a little zest to the noodles.

Fantastic! I did take some reviewer suggestions. Used Fox Point seasoning from Penzey's and fresh Oregano because i had some. Also i only used a dash of salt on onions & mushrooms to sweat them but didn't add any additional to the sauce as the prosciutto has plenty. While not the healthiest meal, still excellent and very tasty!!

Made this today, and is now one of my favorite dishes! Very easy to make and the end result is a very tasty italian dish. I didn't use any salt in the cooking of the pasta because I figured that the Prociutto was salty enough for the whole meal, and it seemed like it worked. Deee-lish!!

I omitted the parsley as I don't like it, and used a little more heavy cream. As written, I thought it was lacking something, so I added some garlic powder. It turned out great. This is quick, easy and tasty. Thanks!

I made this last night and WOW! You must use prosciutto. I did add a couple spices/seasoning...the first was a teaspoon of Fox Point(this is a blend from Penzeys Spices) and 1/2 teaspoon of lemon thyme. For those of you not familiar with Fox Point - this is a blend of shallots, chives, garlic, onion, and green peppercorns. With these added spices, this dish was wonderful!!

Not bad, but rather bland.
