I used two large bone-in pork chops, about 2 tablespoons of minced garlic in olive oil, left out the mushrooms (because I didn't have any on hand. Will add next time.), and added chunky chopped potatoes, with skins. A key ingredient that I added was some milk -- this really added to the flavor and tenderness of the meat. Per suggestions from other reviewers I decided to put all ingredients into a baking dish, cover with foil (so that the steam baked the potatoes thru), cooked on 375 for about an hour. Served it all together and my boyfriend practically licked his plate. Thanks for the easy recipe!
