Oh Barbara, you have out done yourself Sugar!! This breakfast casserole is Phenomenal! I didn't have bacon so I used turkey sausage instead and added 1 potato, onions and a can of green chilies to this. My mouth is singing your praises!! I served it with sour cream and sprinkled on cilantro and green onions. Add a dash of chipotle sauce and breakfast was a hit! Thank you Barbara for a really easy and delishious dish!! Exceptionally delicious!! Admittedly, I didn't measure some stuff so mine probably had a little more bacon, a little less cheese, but the base of this recipe is fabulous! I can foresee experimenting with different meats and veggies in the future.

Everything together tasted great!!! BUT the cooking time is off. It took an extra 10 minutes to cook thoroughly and looking at other baked egg recipes, it usually is 30ish minutes.
