Not for my taste, we won't be using the lemon juice/ dijon mustard sauce on green beans anymore it was too over powering... HOWEVER, this sauce would be FANTASTIC on some salmon, swordfish, or some other type of fish... the sauce was good but not the right paring for us so that's why I gave it a 3.

Too much lemon juice...I had to add much more mustard to drowned out the sour taste of teh lemon. The muhsroom/bean mixture was good but the sauce was just ok.
