  1. Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook until the chops are well browned on both sides. Remove the pork chops and set them aside.
  2. Stir in the soup and milk. Heat to a boil. Return the pork chops to the skillet and reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chops are cooked through but slightly pink in the center*.
  3. Serve with the noodles.

Yummy! My men were VERY happy with this. I didn't have the roasted garlic mushroom soup so I used the reg CMS but threw in some roasted garlic that I had in the fridge. (I roast garlic by the head, keep it in the fridge and then use the cloves in cooking as needed.)

I enjoyed this dish but I used couscous instead of the noodles. Its fast and easy!

Good recipe just think boneless pork chops would be better especially when cooing for more than about 6 servings
