like others said, this looked like a good base to start with, I added green peppers to and onion soup mix to beef patties, sauteed onions baked on top of fried patties and sauce and served on a bed of fried rice. Really good.

This could not be a simpler recipe that the kids are sure to love! I used 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup to 1) thicken the sauce and 2) to serve with egg noodles. I also threw in an onion gravy packet that I had on hand and it was so tasty. This is definitely a recipe to slip into the rotation. Thanks!

This is also a great make ahead recipe. I make the patties and then freeze them so all I have to do is defrost and fry. I double the soup and add a touch of beef bouillon and serve it all on a bed of rice.

This was GREAT! My kids and husband went back for seconds :) I halved the recipe ~ 2 pounds of meat was just too much for my family of 5. I also used bread crumbs because it is what I had on hand. Used lean ground beef (ground turkey would work well, too, I think), non fat milk, light cream of mushroom and egg beaters instead of eggs just to cut back on the fat :)

I made this for the family tonight, and everyone loved it! I used breadcrumbs instead of corn flakes, and mixed in a tbsp of garlic salt to give it some more flavor. I also doubled the sauce and added a bit of pepper. It was great, but next time I think I'll also add some sauteed mushrooms and onions to the top before baking. Very delicious recipe!

This was a hit with the family. Super easy and used things I normally keep on hand. I added some Season All and a spoon full of the soup to the beef. I cut this recipe in half and used 1 can of soup, so I think it would need 2 cans for 2 lbs. of beef.

My husband claims he hates meatloaf, so I am always stuck with meat and no new ways to make it. I whipped this up the other night and he loved it, basically it is mini meat loaf! I would definitely make this again!

Great base recipe, but I thought a little bland for my taste. I will happily try these again only with the addition of some lipton onion soup mix added into the beef mixture.

this is a very easy, quick meal. i used bread crumbs instead of the cornflakes and added minced onion, crushed garlic, served it with mashed potatoes and steamed fresh green beans.
