Yummy! Make smaller balls because they really do puff up.

Easy and yummy! I had been craving snickerdoodles and this recipe nailed it. I made my cookies a little bigger and cooked for 10 min. exactly. Turned out great. Will definitely make them again.

These came out really good. The only thing I would change is the amount of vanilla used. I wont use so much next time, other than that everything is great and the kids loved help making them!

I have no idea how many batches of these cookies I have made. My entire family loves them and my grandchildren take them to school to share with their friends. They are perfect!

I love snickerdoodles :) especially these, but a quick tip.. if like me you never have cream of tartar on hand: replace the baking soda and the cream of tartar in the recipe with baking powder. One teaspoon of baking powder replaces 1/3 tsp of baking soda and 2/3 tsp cream of tartar - this generally works :).. Now I'm back to eating snickerdoodles! :) Thanks for a beautiful and yummmy cookie!!!

Absolutely, without a doubt, the BEST snickerdoodle recipe! I followed the recipe to a T and the cookies came out delicious. I think I may need to hide them or I'll be eating them all! lol

Always a hit. I had to use substitutions for both the cream of tarter (I used 3 teaspoons baking powder in place of both cream of tarter and baking soda) and shortening (vegetable oil) - and my picky, picky friend always devours them! People love them and since I'm not huge on snickerdoodles, I'm never tempted to over eat (though I do find them pretty good!).
