Sauerkraut Sausage Balls

This is a delightful appetizer that can be made ahead of time and heated when guests arrive. Spicy pork sausage and beef will never know what hit them when you blend them with sauerkraut and a cream cheese mixture, then deep fry them to mouthwatering golden perfection.

A recipe I know all Filipinos are proud of! Lumpia (shanghai type) is a type of egg roll, except it's mainly filled with meat. You could use pork or beef or both! It's a yummy recipe and great to serve as finger food. I like to use both beef and pork but you can substitute one for the other. VERY EASY!

Water chestnuts and a savory beef filling lend an Asian note to these crispy won tons, which are deep-fried shortly before serving.

This is the best food around. So tasty, so filling, so good. It is a great way to get rid of those corned beef and cabbage dinner leftovers!!!

This is the only way I will eat cream cheese. I thought I would try it, because I love won tons and the kids love cream cheese. Try it, it's onolicious! I usually use a little bit of beaten egg to seal the won ton skins into their package shape.

These Chinese dumplings are so delicious and filling, they can be served as a meal. They also freeze well to make appetizers at a later date.
