This is a good recipe however use better dough! You can buy dough balls at any grocery store. That way you won't get that chemically dough-in-a-can taste. Any dough will due really. I sometimes make my own in my breadmaker and use it for this or pizza. You can change up the ingredients if you want also. Hard Salami is great in this and I have also used other different Italian meats mixed.
Over all, it is a simple, easy recipe. Again, I just suggest buying a pizza dough ball if you don't want to make it yourself. Just cut it the dough ball in half, and roll it as thin as you can. You can get two good stromboli crusts out of one good dough ball.
Over all a good, easy stromboli recipe.
