Excellent recipe, easy to prepare, and everyone loved them. My hint would be to get these prepared and stuffed ahead of time, and then pop in the oven as you're ready to serve. Mine sat for a while and were still great, but would have been better piping hot from the oven! Recommend!

This is my go-to appetizer recipe. It is delicious and super easy. For an extra kick, double the cayenne pepper. Yum!

I loved these! I did cut down the cream cheese to about 3/4ths of a package, as I only had 10 mushrooms. Also, I cut back on the cayenne pepper, as I can't stand things with too much kick. I did as others suggested and added some Italian breadcrumbs and melted butter to the top and it was wonderful as it gave it a bit more texture. Just wished I had more!

I did find the taste of cream cheese a bit overpowering and some of the mushrooms were spicier than others. So, make sure you really whip that filling very good. I still liked them and will make them again with some tweaks to the recipe with some suggestions on here. Thanks!

Yummy! Great mushrooms. It's hard finding a recipe that is low carb and this really fits the bill. Wouldn't change a thing!

Great recipe! I found that it was too creamy for my liking so I only used 2 oz for the next batch I made. Even with this measurement I had filling left over! 12 mushrooms was not enough, I definitely had to use more mushrooms. Next time I will try breadcrumbs on top and use a lite version of cream cheese.

I have just cooked this recipe as a trial run for a dinner party I will be holding at the weekend and these mushrooms were delicious! I used large mushrooms and generously filled them with the filling as stated in the recipe. I used a little more cayenne pepper and more black pepper to give them more of a kick. They tasted delicious! I also sprinkled some bread crumbs on the top of the mushrooms to give them a bit of a crunch. Looking forward to cooking them again.
