No one in the family is a huge fan of mushrooms. Decided to give these a try for a party that I was giving that had children as well as adults. They were the BIGGEST hit with both! The family loved them too, and as everyone else said....all gone. I will definitely make them many times. Thanks for a simply great recipe.

These mushrooms tasted fine, but weren't exceptional at all. I've had much better. Will look for another recipe next time.

I made a few renovations to this recipe. First I cut the cayenne pepper in half (I used 1/8 tsp), I added 1/8 tsp oregano, 1/8 tsp basil, and 1 cup of Italian seasoned bread crumbs. Before putting the mushrooms into the oven I sprinkled them with a little bit of Parmesan cheese.

I have to admit, when I read the recipe I had my doubts, but given that it had such great reviews I had to try them out. WOW!! They are wonderful! I hosted a dinner party and everyone wanted more.

Takes quite a bit of time to prepare but they are well worth it. Little spicy, modify the amount of pepper if you don't like spice. Great app.

LOVE These, this recipe is one of my go-to party recipes. FYI there's always extra filling, so buy some extra mushrooms! Leave out pepper flakes and these become kid friendly! Use pampered chef garlic press, for perfect garlic in this recipe!

These are the absolute best stuffed mushrooms ever! I made these for an appetizer after a winery trip, 2 men literally ate the whole dish themselves! They raved all night long on how good they were.

I have grown up eating stuffed mushrooms on every holiday however I've grown tired of my families version (sausage and pepperoni stuffed) that I needed something new. I've tried them stuffed with walnuts and cheddar but these are by far the best. I had a party last weekend and I doubled the recipe for 5 people and had many other items prepared and NOT one mushroom remained. My friends loved them so much that they invited themselves over again this weekend and forced me to triple the recipe, and this time 4 people came and only ONE mushroom remained. We might take a break for a while but when we're ready, we'll be making these guys again.

I am a student so sometimes I do a bit of budget cooking, most of the stuff in this recipe is not that expensive and you can always supplement parmesan cheese with any kind of cheese like eidam. Love it.

Really good! I brushed melted butter on the mushrooms before I stuffed them. Used a mini-muffin pan to bake them in and it worked perfect. Also, put stuffing mix in ziplock bag and cut corner and piped into mushrooms. Easy! Next time I'm adding sausage with the stems and garlic.

I stuffed 24 mushrooms and still had filling left over! 1/4 tsp. of cayenne was a little too much kick for me, next time I will use a little less. I also added about 6 minced shrimp to the filling. Wonderful appetizer!
