Mother-in-Law's Chops

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Place chops and onion slices in a casserole dish. In a bowl mix together: vinegar, ketchup, mustard and brown sugar. Pour mixture over chops. Bake in oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
