Loved it! I ate a similar dish at a restaurant, and was looking for a similar recipe. This tasted just as good as the one in the restaurant! I used bow-tie pasta instead of the penne, and used reduced fat feta instead of the full fat. The reduced fat is, obviously, less fattening, and is also less salty in case you have any picky eaters. Great dish, will make again!
