Ingredients

  • 1 sweet potato, cooked and mashed
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey, or more to taste

Directions

  1. Place the mashed sweet potato in a microwave-proof dish. Mix in the cinnamon and pecans, if desired. Drizzle with honey.
  2. Place in microwave and heat until warm. Serve immediately.

Hmm, this sure doesn't taste like dessert. Maybe if you add some brown sugar and butter it...

I did not like this recipe it was not like a treat it was more heslthy snd the yams were strong.
