"This is the perfect pick-me-up for a hot day, when you first wake up, or if you're staying up late."

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 2 quarts boiling water
  • 4 Irish breakfast tea bags
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 cups milk

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a gallon pitcher or jar, combine the boiling water and tea bags. Let steep for about 1/2 hour, or until desired strength is achieved. Remove tea bags, and stir in honey to taste. Refrigerate until chilled, 3 to 4 hours. Stir in milk.
