red bell peppers, cut into 1 1/2-inch squares
red onion, cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks
pitted black olive halves
minced fresh garlic
julienne-cut fresh basil

This was very good! The relish was tasty too. I bought the Montreal Chicken seasoning while I was at it and did chicken skewers too, (which the kids preferred over the beef.) I would recommend this dish for a barbeque.
