Excellent chicken!!! Thank you sooo much for sharing!!! I served it with mexican rice and fried corn and red peppers. I will be making this one on a regular basis!!!

This was awesome!! It was so easy I love it, it will be a regular in our house for sure! We are even taking it camping when we have to feed everyone for a night!

i tried this tonight but made a couple modifications. i omitted the apricot because i did not have any preserves on hand and instead of chilli powder i used cumin. also since i do not have a real grill i made this on my George Foreman grill. this came out WONDERFUL! definetly something i will make again!

I baked these for 45 minutes on 325 degrees. I followed the recipe exactly except in the last five minutes, added some mozarella cheese and it was great.

Ok, I followed the recipe exactly except for the cooking method. I did the chicken on the Foreman grill, put it in a Pyrex dish, poured the salsa mixture on top, then put it in the oven at 350f til the sauce was obviously heated through. Yes, the chicken was a little bit dry, but it was extremely flavorsome. Thanks!

Great easy recipe! I used Montreal Steak seasoning vs. the Chicken (already had the steak seasoning on hand - how different could it be?) and used Orange Preserves instead of the Apricot. Still came out excellent! Thanks :)
