This was quite flavorful and filling. It seemed something was missing though, so I topped it with some Louisiana style hot sauce and that helped. I used diced canadian bacon in this and dried onion instead of fresh. I did sprinkle a little onion powder in the scrambled eggs part, but that's tradition and habit. This would make a great "breakfast for dinner" dish. I left out the butter and just used non stick spray and it worked fine. This didn't make my favorites list, but it was tasty and far from boring.

If you make a lot of egg dishes, you are always looking for some variety like me. This provided it, but I would probably put the cheese inside and add some salt and pepper. It was ok.
