I made this simple dish for my boyfriend, and by the end of the meal, I could tell I had graduated to 'prospective mate' status. Chunks of beef sirloin are simmered in mushroom-Burgundy sauce.

Tangy Grilled Beef

This BBQ sauce uses tomato soup as it 's base. Brown sugar, Worcestershire, lemon juice, a bit of vegetable oil, garlic, and thyme, are stirred up and brushed onto the steak while grilling. Makes six generous servings.
