Really moist! Worked well with boneless chicken breast cooked for 45 minutes. I did have to add more spices (garlic pepper and Cavender's salt free greek seasoning) to make it more flavorful. However, wow! what an easy recipe with pretty great results. I will definitely experiment with other seasonings.

This recipe IS simple however, it doesn't taste like it is. I was a little nervous about the butter to spice ratio but I shouldn't have been. Love this recipe! It will become a "usual" in our house. Thank you so much for sharing :)
