Simple and straightforward! I did sprinkle a little Emeril's Essense over the breast in addition to spices called for. Thanks for sharing!

This recipe IS simple however, it doesn't taste like it is. I was a little nervous about the butter to spice ratio but I shouldn't have been. Love this recipe! It will become a "usual" in our house. Thank you so much for sharing :)

Very good recipes. This was very easy to do. The only thing I did different was add black pepper and about a tablespoon of parsley.
