This is such a wonderful recipe. I've made it so many times since I first reviewed it last year. I was brought up with regular warm milk with a pinch of sugar, and, although that certainly did the job, this recipe takes it to a whole new level. The first time I made it, I didn't deviate from DAWNSCOTT'S recipe, and it certainly deserved 5 stars. Since then, however, I make it using brown sugar, and - if I have it - a generous splash of cream. I also keep a bag of English toffees in the cupboard specifically for this drink: the toffee flavors the milk, and gets all gooey and delicious at the bottom of the mug. I LOVE this recipe!
