A wonderful blend of vegetables, rice and ground beef. All you need is a crisp green salad and a nice warm loaf of sourdough bread to top it all off.

This is so easy and all done in one pot! It is delicious and everyone including kids will love it! This recipe is tried and true, impossible to fail! It can also be doubled or tripled without problems, but lower the heat on the second and third batch when browning, as not to burn.

I got the original recipe from my father-in-law and made a few changes. It has been one of my family's favorites for over 20 years. Serve over white rice, or complete with a side of French fries. It may not sound fancy but it is definitely delicious!

You can't get much simpler than this combination of browned ground beef and diced tomatoes. It cooks in 20 minutes and can be served over rice or pasta.

Texas Brisket

This is a really easy BBQ brisket recipe that I got from Texas. There are only 3 ingredients besides the brisket, and it turns out really tender. Better with a brisket that is not too closely trimmed.
