This is a homemade recipe from my dad. Whenever I make these for someone, they fall in love with it and always request I make more. It fills your home with a wonderful smell and is the best way to have cheap chops go so tender they fall right off the bone. Serve with hot sauce and mashed potatoes.

There are no canned soups in this masterpiece. This is my Grandma's recipe that she gave me when I got married. Pork chops are baked then served with a rich mushroom sauce. It takes a little bit of work, but is great for a special dinner - my husband loves it!

This was my mother's original recipe, but through the years I've changed is slightly. Now my four daughters enjoy making this family favorite. Before we retired, we raised hogs on a farm in Pennsylvania. I cooked a pork dish at least once a week then, and I still do today.

Margie's Sour Cream Pork Chops

This is a recipe my Grandma Margie has been making for the past 40 years and it's our favorite pork chop recipe. They're kind of sweet and kind of sour, but absolutely wonderful! You can also substitute 6 ounces of cream cheese for the sour cream if that's what you have on hand, in which case you should bake the dish covered. These chops are great served with rice pilaf, mashed potatoes, or over pasta, with a salad on the side. Enjoy!

Rosemary and Garlic Simmered Pork Chops

These easy and tasty pork chops are on the stove in minutes. Rosemary and beef broth enrich the flavor of the meat and make this a great comfort-food main dish.

When I make these chops, I always have to make extra. Everyone has to eat more than they need. Great with a salad. The chops are baked in a crispy, buttery coating in the oven.
