Wonderful...would give 10 stars if I could. I used both yellow and green zucinni. Crushed the croutons to make more like breadcrumbs..wonderful...very very tasy way to use garden squash. Make it a meal by adding leftover chiken or ham....YUM!!! will make again and again.

Really good. I didn't have any cheese but it was still a good dish. I am sure it would be even better with the chesse added. This one will be keeper!!

I Loved This! I didn't have croutons so I used a combination of ground Ritz crackers & seasoned bread crumbs. It's a keeper. Thank-you.

Very good combination of flavors, however, still just a little bland. I added a little garlic powder, italian seasoning and seaasoned salt to my individual helping. It really gave the dish a pick-me-up.

Mixed reviews for this dish at my house, the funny thing was the reason my son and I did not like this was the same reason my husband and mom did like this, cheese & crouton crust.

I didn't like the croutons...I think I'll make it again but use cornbread and make it like a dressing.

This was a great casserole recipe. Good for church potlucks. I didn't have a full 2 cups of cheddar so I used 1 cup of cheddar and 1 cup of fiesta blend cheese. I also didn't have any croutons so I used crushed townhouse crackers with melted butter to make a topping--so good. I might add chopped green chilis next time

I was not impressed at all! You might want to specify the size of the onion.

This is a GREAT way to cook a LOT of squash. It has a good consistency and it was VERY easy to make. My only suggestion would be to add in salt and pepper to taste as ingredients. Also, a little bit of garlic salt gave it an extra seasoning boost.

I was looking for a new recipe for summer squash and happened upon this one. Me, my husban and my 3 year old daughter loved it! It was gone in one night and I am making it again tomorrow. Thanks
