I also added onion and garlic to enhance the beef. Excellent, quick recipe for the busy person. Great tasting and enjoyed by the family.

This was a good basic recipe, but I jazzed it up by adding onions and garlic.Also i prepared the potatoes like I prepare my mashed potatoes. It was a hit.
