This was good, I ran short of sugar but substituted honey. I didnt have ginger or clove so I subbed pure vanilla extract and rum in the batter. Got nice compliments at a SB party. Im a purist and insist on REAL hand whipped cream, yummmmmmy. Calories be damned!!
