Greeaat recipe!! Awesome dish! My family and I were all very happy with the outcome. A few tweeks, we used a colby/monterey jack mixture instead of velveeta, and we put an extra layer of cheddar cheese on top. It came out so creamy and very tastey.

such an easy recipe I love it. very easy to change up, it's good with some mustard added or tomato sauce, or I like to add some leftover ratatouille or any grilled veg pureed when I have it on hand. Yummo :)

Double this recipe because everyone will want more. This is terrific just as is. Of course you can tweak it if you want, but don't need to. This became the hit of the meal and it was just a side dish. Thanks for a classic excellent mac and cheese. Great for kids and adults.

Great recipe! I added Sweet Hot Mustard, 1tsp and 1 tsp of garlic Powder. I will remake next time without baking. Came out way to dry. Kids loved it, served with Chicken and Broccoli. The Key is making a solid base before adding the cheese. Enjoyed it greatly.

This was a hit at our Easter party. I doubled the recipe and accidentally added extra cheese (thought I had a 2 cup bag, but it was a 4 cup bag!). It still turned out great. I did add a little extra milk at the end to make it a bit creamier. My extra cheese slip may have made it drier than usual.
