Wish I would have added some tomatoes as another reviewer requested; just seemed as if it was missing something, and I think tomatoes may have been it. Still very good, and easy! Halved the noodles, beef and cheese as I like my casseroles creamier.

This recipe was OUTSTANDING!!! It's such a versatile meal. It's inexpensive to make and it tastes GREAT!!! I also added mushrooms and deleted the green pepper. I added a side salad and some garlic bread to this meal which made for a memorable dish.
