My kids loved this recipe. I did change it around a bit though, didn't have the condensed chicken and rice so I used another cream of chicken and added double the amount of milk. And to add extra crunch I topped it with french fried onions in the last 10 minutes of baking time. Was so creamy and good!

An easy quick recipe for a hungry family. Kind of rich with the cheese food but not bad either. You could always cut back on that. Once again I skipped the corn as we have no fans of it.

The bottom portion of this dish was delicious. However, since I'm a beginner, something happened on top. I guess I did not add enough of some liquid, because the noodles on top were burnt and hard. Told you I'm a novice.

This was a good recipe for a comfort food. I made a couple of changes...I made the 10 serving size and added an extra can of cheese soup and a couple handfuls of frozen peas. I also increased the amount of cheese to 16 ounces, increased the milk to 1/3 cup and cooked noodles to 8 cups. It turned out more moist that way. I would suggest covering the casserole with some extra cheese to keep the noodles from getting hard.

This was OK not the Best. was a little bland I should have took everyones advice and added some more veggies. I did only use 1 Lb of Ground beef, and 1/4 cup of milk, you really need to add alot of spices though. Other than that the family thought it was great. with just 1 lb of ground beef it really did make alot of food. will make again but tweak it to my likings.

I tried to use up some ingredients I had on hand and found this recipe. I tried to 'freshen' up a bit using fresh parsley & fresh cracked black pepper but still was just "good college-student fare". Minimal ingredients, inexpensive, easy, not all that quick (because noodles & meat have to be precooked then combined) and very hearty.I gave a four star instead of 3 because hubby had thirds! He obviously liked it better than me!

The flavor wasn't too bad, but it just didn't have good consistency and wasn't very appealing overall. Will not make this again. There isn't even anything I can think of that would make it better.

WOW is all I can say. I didn't know what to think at first, but hubby and I both LOVED it and we were both upset that I'd only made portions for two. The only thing I changed was the cheese amount (we're both cheese lovers) and added just a few more noodles. I may add carrots next time (because I KNOW I will be making this often) but other than that, it's great (in taste and preparation time).

You can't judge a book by its cover! This casserole looks sorta ugly on the plate, but it's got great flavor! I made the recipe exactly as shown, except I reduced the amount of noodles to about 2 cups. Next time I make it, I think I'll add some frozen peas or something to give it some color.

This is one of my all-time favorite dishes. My grandma started making it for me when I was in high school. It is so comforting and perfect, I wouldn't change a thing! DELICIOUS! Wonderful leftovers too.

this was decent- a quick and easy dish for sure! Alterations: 2c. noodles for 1lb. hamburger, 1 can corn, 1 can cream chicken, 1/4c. milk. Made for good consitency of creaminess. I also added a ton of seasonings. Including garlic, johnnys, onion, and pepper. Final last touch- chili sause/hot sauce!! Just a touch, man did that make the meal.

My family loved this and it was so easy to put together! I didn't think it was bland but I season my meat to suit my taste before I add it to the rest of the ingredients. The only thing I didn't have was the green pepper but was still yummy.

The family wasn't all that impressed with this recipe. Even with the addition of tomatoes and garlic, I felt it was bland. I do need to mention however that we are really not the casserole type of family so I'm not sure if that had some part in it.

I was rather pleased with this recipe. Although it looked a little strange to the kids, the loved it. My oldest son's buddy was over, and he even loved. I was out of chicken and rice soup, so I used a little chicken broth, and it still turned out great. I also didn't have a can of corn, so I put in 1 cup of Frozen sweet corn. I will definately make again.

Yummy!! Even my kids asked for seconds. I did have to make a few changes due to what I had on hand. I used cream of chicken soup instead of mushroom and added a few diced up canned mushroom. I also used chicken granules with water instead of the chicken and rice soup. I will definitely make again!
