This was okay. Certainly easy, although it dirtied up a lot of dishes. Everyone loves velveeta - but I am not sure there was enough flavor for us. Thank you though!

We loved it! We are always looking for things to do with ground beef! We used elbow ronnie instead. It was great!

Thanks Julie Gillespie for this recipe. Changes made: I used rice instead noodles, spices such fresh parsley, drie thyme and Italian seasoning ,I fried the ground beef with fresh garlic, onion and olive oil.NO/NOs for red bell pepper and milk, I used broth, 1/2 pack of dry vegetable soup and dark crushed tortillas as base for the casserole and 15 minutes before the time to take it out from the oven I rolled thawed biscuit all way around the casserole. Very good. Tasteful and filling. Thanks and I will be making again changing the veggies. :0)

Too many noodles 4-5 cups noodles better. Made again with changes: Used half the noodles the original recipe called for; Cream of Onion soup in place of Cream of Mushroom; Used one cup milk Didn't use corn (daughter has allergy) but used a package of frozen broccoli florets (who needs corn & noodles anyway); Used shredded cheese combination of monterey jack and cheddar because that's what I had on hand The second time with changes was better but not 5-stars but more like a "good for busy day"

O.k. I have to say that my husband is really picky. He loves this and calls it the casserole with the corn in it. I didn't change a thing and it was yummy.

My one year old daughter loved it, we thought it was okay. Next time I make it I will cut it in half and just use the mushroom soup; because it seemed like a lot going on with the rice soup in it.

I had my nephew over for dinner last night and I made this casserole. It was a big hit! I added a can of diced tomatoes, some fresh mushrooms and put some french fried onions on top for the last ten minutes. I also added basil, thyme and oregano. Loved the flavor. Will definitely make again.

This recipe was very good. I did add the tomatoes and mushrooms as another person suggested. I also added garlic salt and pepper, I like my food a bit more spicy. My family and I did enjoy this recipe, I liked how easy it was. I will be making this next week for our employee birthday devotional.

Pretty good! A little bland as others stated...I would recommend adding a few spices. I added celery and garlic when cooking the hamburger, and added a little cream cheese too. My 11 year old daughter loved it and asked for seconds! Very rich and filling.

Excellent flavor, definitely a keeper. I used a 1 lb box of elbow macaroni onstead of the egg noodles and baked it in very shallow pans... turned out very good. Word of warning though, this dish is HEAVY, it will fill you up very fast.

My kids loved this recipe. I did change it around a bit though, didn't have the condensed chicken and rice so I used another cream of chicken and added double the amount of milk. And to add extra crunch I topped it with french fried onions in the last 10 minutes of baking time. Was so creamy and good!
