These amazing ginger snaps remain my all time favorite cookie, period. They always come out perfect - crispy edges, chewy middle, big spicy flavor, sparkly and round like Martha Stewart made them. Not to mention the batter is tasty. They always get rave reviews and they're so easy to make. I like to play with the kinds of sugar I roll them in, the size of the cookie, and the ingredients (sometimes I add lemon zest or chocolate chips or change the spices). These cookies remain consistently impressive. Thank you for this recipe!
