I made this just the other day. I didn't use the whole amount of American cheese, because American cheese is pretty expensive; I used some Mozzerella cheese instead. Before I stuck it in the oven, I stuck some bread crumbs on top, and put the timer on for 30 minutes, like the recipe said. I took it out after 25 min. because if I had left it longer, it would have burned. It was actually pretty tasty, and the sauce was nice and creamy. My complaint is that it took me about an hour to prepare it, and then 25 min. in the oven. That's too long for me. It really wasn't all that much better than certain boxed kinds which only take me about 15 min. to prepare. I probably will be sticking to boxed kinds mostly, or switching to an easier, and faster, recipe.
