This is the best Mac and Cheese!!! I made it for my family this Christmas and it was the first and only dish to be completely gone by the end of the day - no leftovers!! I followed the advice of another reviewer bc I needed to double the recipe. I doubled the butter, milk, pasta, and used an entire pkg of triple cheddar shredded cheese and left the rest as stated in the original. I also topped the Mac and cheese with about 2 more cups (1 pkg) of shredded sharp cheese about 15 minutes into the baking process. DELICIOUS!!!!!
