It was okay as is listed. Once I added a few dashes of garlic powder, a sprinkle of pink sea salt and a dash of black pepper. It was wonderful. But I wouldnt make it again as it is listed. I also used light mayonnaise, as that is all I eat and it was wonderful

LOVE THIS as does my hubby. The cider vinegar makes it. I also use the pre-bagged cabbage with carrot mix - so easy. Also, I added 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and 1/4 garlic powder. I was never a real coleslaw person but I make this about once a week. Try it!

I've tried several coleslaw recipes over the years and they all required tons of ingredients. I should have know that the simpler, the better! I will not go looking for a coleslaw again!

I don't know maybe it's just a preference thing, but this just tastes like vinegar and was way to wet. I might suggest cutting the vinegar back to 1-2 tablespoons and maybe it'd be ok.

This recipe was great! It was super quick and easy. I made it for my grandmother and she loved it so much she asked me to make it for her knitting club. : ) Thanks for the recipe.

Great recipe! I used a bag of shredded cabbage and carrots and cut the dressing in half, also, I did not have the called for cider vinegar on hand so I used white wine vinegar instead...very delicious!

I made an asian variation substituting the cider vinegar for rice wine vinegar and added a little a water. Served with salt and fresh cracked pepper it was delicious. I'm glad I read the reviews and halved the original recipe for the 16 oz bag of prepared slaw.
