These cookies were pretty good but agreed that they were very cakey. Easy to make but next time I think I will add salt and not as much pudding mix.

I've been using this recipe for a couple of years now and they are ALWAYS a BIG hit! Everyone always BEGS me for the recipe, but I don't give it out ;-) My kids won't even eat store cookies anymore, they hold out for the real deal. FANTASTIC recipe!

DELISH! I followed this recipe as written and am very pleased with the outcome. A very moist, yet slightly crispy cookie. I used milk chocolate/white chocolate swirl chips. YUM!!

this recipe is the exact same as the Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies except the other recipe has all the ingredients doubled just putting that out there

Fantastic recipe. If I didn't freeze these my husband & I would have eaten the whole batch. I didn't want to use up all my butter, so I used a 1/2c of butter and 1/2c of Tenderflake shortening. I also used 3/4c Reese Chipits & 1/4c chocolate chipits (it's all I had left). You definitely need to use a mixer. It made an excellent soft cookie. My husband and I actually ate a few of them frozen last night.

Got the urge to make chocolate chip cookies today. This recipe was new to me so I tried it out. Its now "MY" recipe! YUMMMMMM I can't believe the difference from a "normal" chocolate chip cookie.

so versatile with different pudding mixes, and always moist! I tried pistachio pudding with toffee bits and it was great! I used vanilla pudding and put oats in place of 1/2 the flour, also so good. I am going to make chocolate with peanut butter chips today. LOVE IT!

This is EXACTLY the type of chocolate chip cookie I was looking for. Thick, soft, chewy but definately not cakelike. The only thing I did different was add a 1/2 tsp of salt and another tsp of vanilla. These were excellent...

i've tried many chocolate chip cookie recipes and this is my fav! some batches i leave in longer and shorter for the people in my house who like them more chewy or more well done. either way its delicious!
