I tried this recipe today and it blew my socks off. I didn't change a thing (they didn't taste salty to me) but the next time I will add some vanilla extract or fruit/chocolate chips to the batter. Highly recconeded for a breakfast treat!

Easy, easy, easy!! Made these on a week day morning, made up so quickly and were sooo delicious. Can't beat anything this quick, easy and great tasting!!

I'll give it two stars for a great starting point but take 3 off for the salt content. It was through the roof for my family...but we don't add salt to most of our meals so I think we may be more sensitive to its flavor. I would like to make these again but with way less salt and maybe just a pinch of cinnamon sugar. I made this for my toddler and could not give them to her...the sodium worried me. They were light and fluffy as promised but all we could taste was salt.

Followed directions exactly. Very easy to make. They were a nice texture and fluffy, but had too much salt. I would cut the salt in half if I were to use this recipe again, but probably will experiment with some other recipes instead.

The pancakes were very fluffy, very nice texture. I followed other reviewers and reduced the salt content to 1/4 tsp.

This recipe is definitely a keeper! I followed the recipe exactly (using leftover buttermilk from a Christmas recipe) and they came out perfect - light & fluffy. On a side note, the recipe says it'll server four - it served me & my husband with no leftovers. (Granted, he did eat SIX!) If I was cooking for more than 2, I'd double the recipe.
