This is a very tasty recipe! It is one of the easier/faster brown bread recipes. I used dark brown sugar instead of regular and also baked it for about 45 min in a regular bread tin.

This is excellent! I used walnuts instead of raisins, and made one loaf in a bread tin. I increased the time by nearly 30 minutes. It's moist and sweet--next time I'll use less sugar or maybe honey instead.
