Quite tasty. I opted not to use a lot of salt since my crackers are salted. I added some parsley flakes to the seasoning mix just for a little color. My chops are thin cut so 45 mins in the oven would turn them into jerky. I browned on the stove then popped them in the oven for 15 mins. Yummy. Nice alternative for chops.

It is a good basic recipe. I just cooked it on top of the stove because I'm so paranoid about getting my meat REALLY done. It seemed a bit dry that way, so next time I put some cream of mushroom soup over it and it was really good! I think you can do just about anything to this to mix it up a little.

We really enjoyed these. I took some suggestions and added a little Italian seasoning and a small amount of parmasan cheese to the crackers.

This was really good, although I used Ritz crackers. My husband likes anything crispy and it was! I fried the chops then let them sit on paper towel before transferring to baking sheet. I also fried them in advance and them put them in the over a couple of hours later (needed the oven space) and they were still delicious!! Thanks! 4.5

We really enjoyed these pork chops! I followed the recipe with the simple modifications others recommended: adding seasoning to crackers and adding Italian seasoning. Will definitely be making these again!!

I made this recipe last night and it was delicious. Although I substituted the crackers for Italian breadcrumbs which came out really great. My husband actually ate something I cooked!

I followed the recipe and added the seasonings to the egg mixture. These were a little crispy outside and SUPER tender inside. I will make these over and OVER and OVER again!!!

I was skeptical that adding the onion and garlic powders to the egg whites would impart much flavor, so I sprinkled them in with the cracker crumbs instead. I made this with really thick pork chops so I upped the cooking time by about 10 minutes - turned out perfect. Thanks!

Excellent, added Italian bread crumbs to crackers and also some pepper and Italian seasoning to the egg mix. Maybe over kill with the italian seasoning but it came out great! Will definitely be making again.

We made a big improvement by coating the chops in flavored Triscuit bits instead of plain saltines. We happened to have the cracked pepper flavor in the cupboard- added an awesome kick. We used thick pork chops but this still came out fine with a little extra time in the oven.
