This is a solid beef stew recipe and it tastes good. I will make this again but next time I will add the salt at the very beginning.

I followed this recipe exactly and the vegetables weren't even close to being done. I ended up boiling the entire pot for another half hour to get things done enough to eat. The taste was good but I would have cooked everything at a higher temperature so it would have been done quicker.

Very easy & tasty. Not your traditional gravy-like stew, but it was light & delicious! I used beef stew meat instead & the cooking method made it very tender!

This was very tasty and easy! I only changed 1 thing - I added 1/2 T of beef boulion when I simmered the soup bones for 2 hours. It was great and made quite a bit. Thank you!
